AAU, also known as The Amateur Athletic Union, is our beginner competitive team for levels 1-3. Many of these girls came from our recreational classes to compete in gymnastics meets across the state of Oklahoma.

USA Xcel
AAU Silver
The USA Gymnastics Xcel program was developed as an alternative competitive program offering individual flexibility to coaches and gymnasts. The goal of Xcel is to provide gymnasts of varying abilities and commitment levels the opportunity for a rewarding gymnastics experience. The program allows a wide choice in skills to meet requirements so selection may be based on an individual athlete's strengths.

Optionals- The third segment is Levels 6-10. Levels 7, 8, and 9 have difficulty restrictions, while Level 10 has no restrictions in the skill choice. Composition is evaluated at Levels 8, 9, and 10. Refer to the Women’s Development Program (WDP) Code of Points for a complete explanation of Level 6-10 rules.
Recreational Gymnastics
Recreational gymnastics, as its name suggests, caters to anyone from your little or big ones who are just starting out in the sport, to seasoned gymnasts who'd like to train without the pressure of competitions. After all, it's never too late to start, and this sport caters to anyone looking to enjoy its benefits!
